I'd imagine that it'll be a sequel to the Metroid Prime series, since that's the series they have the most experience on. It could also be a rumored Starfox title, though is there that big of a demand for one? Retro said that it was a title a lot of people wanted them to do, and I haven't heard that much of a demand for one. Of course, I just might not pay enough attention. Now I wouldn't mind a Wii U Yoshi's Island, and they did fine with DKCR, so I'd think they could handle Yoshi's Island.
