Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. Only big first-party titles interested me, everything else was just... garbage. It wasn't powerful enough to support all of the big third-party games that everyone likes. If Nintendo can make the Wii U my primary gaming console, they've done a good job. Right now I use my PC and 3DS for my gaming. I haven't touched my Wii in forever.

Part of the reason being that it's broken. :tounge:

I only use my Wii for the emulators.

BUMP

The Wii U launch is getting closer and closer. I hope the release date and price are announced sometime in September. The wait is killing me.
I'll finally be able to play Skyward Sword... a year after its release.

I really need to play that game, too! My first Zelda game, and the one that made me a fan, was Twilight Princess on the Wii, and since then I've played a little of the original on the NES and OoT on the 3DS.

My nephew has a working Wii and the game, but he's selfish and won't let me play...lol

You have a nephew?
Just thought I would let you no that my signature has no good features and that if you are reading this you should stop. If you are still reading I urge you to stop as you are wasting you time and effort on something that is utterly point less and you could be doing something you enjoy right now rather then read my signature on a forum and don't lie we all know no one wants to do that and absolutely everybody has something better to do. If you are still not sure what to do maybe read the next persons post or make your own response. If you read all of this you are a very strange person. Because it was a waste of time it had no point, see ya.

Miyamoto said he wanted Metroid and StarFox on Wii U... It's inevitable. They'll both look beautiful, especially Metroid.

My thoughts exactly. :very_happy:

I've never played a Metroid game besides Super Smash Bros and a demo of Metroid Prime Hunters that came with my DS. It's odd because I use Samus a lot in SSB.

I heard the Metroid game is promising. I'm kinda excited about the new Zelda game. The more info I get on it, the more exciting I'll become.

That game definitely sounds exciting from what I've read about it. I'm not a Zelda fan by any means, but I do like to use Link a lot in SSB.

Oh, my fandom for Zelda grew like a weed. I always liked it, but I've been a fan for like 3 months. I followed the new game, but there's still things about it so far I don't like...But that and the New Smash is the only thing I'm really considering getting for the system in question.
