Yeah, it was really easy. I breezed by all of the levels. I still thought it was fun though.

I'll admit that it was fun sometimes though I'm not planning on getting the New Super Mario Bros. 2. I think Nintendo needs to realize that releasing a lot of Mario games is not going to help them that much, however they don't see it that way.

My older brother purchased it for her as a late birthday present.

I have to admit, that's expensive for a birthday present. I better stop derailing this topic.

I don't think it cost that much, I don't think it's a problem. If this forum was quite active then we should always stay on topic with threads, it raises more activity to those forums that aren't as active.

The most costly things I get for a present is usually around $50, surprisingly.

I see, I think the most expensive thing I ever gotten was a computer which was around $600.

Super Mario 3D Land was a good time for me. Back when Mario in 3D was new, I was expecting something more akin to this game, a 2D Mario game, but in 3D. I think they did a good job with this, the levels were creative and interesting, the enemies were fun, and the powerups were always fun to use. The only weak part of the game were the boss battles it seems. Other than the final boss, each battle seemed short and far too easy. Maybe if they had the Koopalings in there or something.

It appears a lot of people here got that game pretty fast, more than I expected. I still don't have it.
