The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D

What are your opinions of the game? I love the graphical enhancements and the 3D effect very much. I didn't really like the gyroscopic controls, though, because it messed with the 3D effect. It was especially annoying in car trips, because whenever the car turned so did Link. While the game could be controlled with the circle pad, it didn't have very much sensitivity.

I was also disappointed that the soundtrack was not remastered. It would have been nice if there was an option to enable/disable the original game audio. Master Quest was great, especially since it was mirrored.

Overall I thought it was a great remake. Ocarina of Time never gets old for me. What do you think about it?

I love everything about this game except the block terrain (from the original) and no audio enhancements, also they removed the blood from the bottom of the well! either that or its more realistic (dried up) anyways I'm up to the Shadow Temple (haven't been inside because of childhood nightmares about it)

The circle pad is very sensitive except when using it to aim, also the gyroscopic controls are meh

That's what I meant. I'm on Master Quest right now. It's a bit more difficult because it's mirrored.

didn't it also have some new puzzles?
anyway my opinion you all know: yes it's an amazing, but it's the same game as the original except for a graphical update and some minor annoyance fixes and Nintendo's selling it for full price.

Yeah, there were some new puzzles too. I also noticed that some of the puzzles were slightly modified.
I agree that it could be cheaper but imo it's still worth the money. It was a remake built from scratch (they based it off the original source code, but it was written from scratch), the only thing that's exactly the same as the original were the audio files (I'm in disappointment because I wanted remastered sound).

The graphics are extremely good and the fps increase is great. Link also moves more naturally.

It would have probably been better if they also included Majora's Mask and added a Master Quest version of that similar to OoT3D. They would use the same engine so it would defiantly be possible.

well then they couldn't sell majora's mask for the full price too as they've pretty much announced to do...
also off topic question: can you see the pre-edited post after i've edited it?

Nope. But please just ask questions in a PM or profile comment because it disrupts the topic.
