I always make my background the anime i am interested in at the time. A while ago, it was an anime called Maburaho. that is the below;

I changed it and now it is an anime called mahoraba;

You have to look for a "print screen" button on your keyboard, and that takes the screenshot.
When you press it, nothing really happens, the image is just copied onto your RAM.
Open up an image editor such as GIMP, photoshop or Paint, and press control and V, and the image should pop up.
Save as, and upload.

or just install a programme for took a picture.

Well some might have to, like a couple laptops I don't think has the Print Screen key working like that.
