This is a recent assignment that I did for my art class. We had to take a small image of a character or item and transfer/enlarge the image by drawing it on a big sheet of paper. Then, we ripped up pieces of magazine pages and pasted it over the drawing.

Ooooh i remember when I had to do that in the 4th grade. It's like a Mosaic art, but I forgot the exact term.
