i got GIMP a while ago and i've been using it to make animations! even though i'm not that good, i can do it.
if you want one, you just need to say what game, what character.
if you want a specific animation, give me a sprite sheet.

Would you be able to make it so it starts as Nega smiling with the "I'm not a jolly fellow" sprite next to him.
Then the charging sprites with Nega still smiling.
Then finally the plasma wave cannon shot hits Nega and he gets zapped!
Please?

Sorry I guess I should of wrote it better and I also should of said who Nega is!

The guy is Dr.Eggman Nega (Nega as in negative) a bad guy who's first appearence is on a DS game called Sonic Rush.

First I wanted the Kirby sprite that appears when the announcer in Kirby Super Star says "this is kirby. he's a jolly fellow."(I edited it to be the plasma ability but anyway) with Nega smiling then have the Plasma full charge sprites with Nega still smiling then have the plasma wave kirby and attack sprites zap Eggman Nega.

it would be okay....
if nega was the same size as kirby...
i can't do it too well with what you have now since it's going to be small-icon sized...
i can shorten nega, but...

OK I shrunk Nega by 50% tell me if I need to shrink Nega more.
