I believe he's about 9-12 as of now and was maybe 4-6 in the first few games. I believe he's 9-12 starting from Super Star because he can talk kinda fancy in his flavor texts  :very_happy: :azn: :very_happy:  .
Just thought I would let you no that my signature has no good features and that if you are reading this you should stop. If you are still reading I urge you to stop as you are wasting you time and effort on something that is utterly point less and you could be doing something you enjoy right now rather then read my signature on a forum and don't lie we all know no one wants to do that and absolutely everybody has something better to do. If you are still not sure what to do maybe read the next persons post or make your own response. If you read all of this you are a very strange person. Because it was a waste of time it had no point, see ya.

Wow, this thread was revived? Haven't seen it since I was last on this site a long time ago so not sure if I should be posting in it but whatever. XD

I think he's baby age in the anime (0-3, I assume he's a year old or less at the start of the anime and I know the anime has two years pass, so that's my age estimate) and yeah, I'd say 9-12 in the games is right, he does have dialogue in the Kirby's Dream Land manual (as well as the same manual referring to him as a "little boy") and he does have a line of dialogue in the first cutscene of Kirby's Epic Yarn.

hmm...
im pretty sure hes not young...
and im sure hes not too old....
and im probably not going to vote because of that.
but theres 2 things i believe.
hes either thousands of years old and he has only "awoken" at a certain time when popstar is in need of his help.
in other words, he was created by stars a long time ago, and was sent to popstar while in the process..................
.....
i was going to get into a whole rant about this theory i have, but than i would probably get proven wrong, so maybe ill type up a thread seperate from this one on what i think.
i just really need to build on this theory first....

He started out in KDL as a kid who just really wanted food. There's no "thousands of years old" about that. Mixing game canon and anime canon is just the worst.

I couldn't give an exact age, especially given stuff like you don't really know how long a year is on pop star, you don't know the average life span for any species on dreamland, let alone Kirby's species (which only has one known member - two if you count Keeby and three if you're really dumb and count meta knight) and you don't know how much time the series spans. I will say he seems to start out as young and pretty dumb but ends up becoming decently experienced and forging friendships. He's still obviously youngish at heart, but it would be pretty hard not to be young at heart in Dreamland, so that doesn't really say much about his actual age.
